About This Project
Strangeland is a world that explores mystery, occult, apocrypha, conspiracy, bureaucracy, psy-ops, and cults. All stories here follow a common thread: there are multple shadow-y cabal(s) controlling the world through various means of violence, propaganda, manipulation, blackmail, and other types of skullduggery. Some of those even indistinguishable from magic itself. The organizations have also existed for almost the entire time human civilization has existed. From their origins in ancient Babylon, to modern day - Strangeland is a place where the truth is stranger than fiction. It explores the lives of the string-pullers, the puppet masters, the field agents, the analysts and how they've carried out their missions - in all of their forms throughout the ages - from the High Priests to the Chief Internal Compliance Officers. It is a world where good and evil battle - but one can never be sure whom is actually winning.
Threadcaster Characters
The Loreweave Threadcaster builds reusable cast cards from identity, Jungian motive, Tarot arc pressure, psychology, backstory, and relationships. Lorekeepers add their own characters directly to canon; contributors can submit characters for review.
