Psychology
- Motivations: She is extremely empathetic towards those who have lost their home to Raiders or the like; However, She does not interact with them. She pities them.
- Fears: Helplessness. The idea of having no way of affecting an outcome. She also fears being attacked in her sleep, often waking up sweating from night terrors.
- Wounds: The loss of her parents, and subsequently her home follow her through each and every day. The memory of their screams the fuel for the restless nights plaguing her.
- Desires: Peace and fulfillment. She wants to feel good, and feel good about it.
- Temperament: very understanding and laid back when talking to others, firm in her beliefs but open to discussion and will remove herself if things get heated. Under Stress she often will find herself being more blunt and crass than usual.
- Moral Alignment: Lawful Good
Conflict
- Internal: She wants to see the good in people but understands that waiting to long to admit someone is bad. Can lead to innocent people getting hurt.
Backstory
Origin: She was born to a young couple living outside the walls of Byrk in it's border territories. When she was a child a group of raiders came and murdered the entire village before burning it to the ground. She would remain hidden for days before the King of Byrk would arrive with his guards and find her. He would take her home where she would grow up under the watch of a man she would come to call Uncle Erces
Defining Moment: Her Discovery of King Marikal's plan to eliminate the Onum, as well as every disciple broke her trust in ways she had never thought possible. The man who saved her and lifted her from the rubble was the man responsible for the attack and every one since. Leaving countless people without homes...or dead. She was no longer just a Servant, who occasionally helped out with refugees. Gonava herself would shephard them through them gates as Queen of Byrk.
Growth Arc: Gonava will have to confront her prejudice towards Aurgyn as they venture together, slowly understanding more and more how similar he is. She will have to confront her belief that "Disciples are all idiots. No one in their right mind would give up something for silly powers". Gonava will truly lower herself to the level of what it means to be helpless, and the lengths one will go to to ensure the ones they love are safe.
