Vulreema is the octopus-like life-form from Neptune. A mass of tentacles in human shape, the blue and yellow streaked alien is a mischievous and cunning captain. A lover of the arts, especially of the Human Renaissance Period of Earth, he is always looking for the next big show to put on.
Often seen practicing his violin, reading, playing chess, or even laying the final piece of a trap to prank someone he's not particularly fond of, Vulreema is always thinking up something. With his Octo-Point tether-ships, trusted crew, and lust for life there is nothing that he won't overcome. He got this far in life from the cold reaches of Neptunes grasp, who is to say he couldn't go further?

Backstory
Origin: Born on Neptune, Vulreema survived the cold, torrential planet of the mysterious octopus-like Neptunians. It's not known how old he really is. Few denizens of the galaxy have ever met a Neptunian, even less have heard of them, so inquisitive minds have to often take his word their culture and life cycle.
