Scale describes where a project sits in the world tree. Larger scales hold context; smaller scales hold focused places where stories and canon can become more specific.

Description

Berth Nine is an old quarantine berth on Meridian Ring. It was retired after the first famine, then reappeared on active harbor boards when the Lattice requested three minutes of dawn for an unregistered witness.
